   Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase.  If for any reason you are not satisfied, please follow the instructions below (dollhouses are excluded).   If you receive an item damaged, we will have the shipper pick up the item and give you a refund based on your method of payment,

• You must call us within 10 days of receipt of your purchase and we will give you an authorization number to include in your package when returning.  Our phone number is (301)695-5130 or (800)313-6557.  If there is no one to answer your call, please leave a message on how we can reach you and the 10 days will begin at the time we receive your message.  

• Your store and credit card receipts, as applicable, must be included with the return.

• The merchandise you are returning must be in the same condition as you received including all the tags, accessories, certificates,  papers, brochures, and box or boxes that came with it.

• We must have the merchandise in our store within 15 days of your receiving it.

• We will send you a refund based on your method of payment minus a 15% restocking fee and any shipping fees associated with returns.
